The regularly scheduled Flat Rock Village council meeting at 9:30 a.m. on Thursday, September 13, will include a public hearing on the application request for a special use permit for a utility facility by the City of Hendersonville. I understand that this is for a communication tower in the Dunroy area that will be used to read water meters remotely.
