Regardless of one’s position on the soccer complex that was proposed for the Highland Lake Golf Course, everyone can be proud of the way in which the members of the Flat Rock Village Council discharged their duties to the citizens they represent. In an era when much is said about transparency in government and accountability to voters, good examples are few and far between. It is inspiring to see a great one here in our own community....Read it all.
