Highland Golf Villas, Statonwoods, and Highland Lake Village have made the commitment to retain legal counsel (without using any of their HOA funds). That legal counsel not only benefits them but everyone and anyone who is interested in keeping the character of Historic Flat Rock. We should all share this responsibility, not with just our time or our opinions but with financial support as well.
The Friends of Flat Rock refund policy states:
After all costs and expenses of the Friends of Flat Rock Defense Fund have been paid, any funds remaining will be returned to the contributors in proportion to their respective contributions.
